Outstretched hands eagerly anticipate the drop of some fresh new house keys. Behind the hands, a newly purchased home is seen. Overlaid is white text, reading; Conveyancing Solicitors - Based in West Didsbury, Manchester.

Conveyancing

The comforting hands of a doctor are seen, holding the outstretched hands of a concerned patient. The scene is subtly lit by a sunny lensflare, casting the scene in a distinctly hopeful optimism.

Clinical Negligence

Lo, and behold a foul crack across the whitened plasterboard of a rental property. The house is clearly in disrepair, and cannot stand.

Housing Disrepair

A close up of an X Ray is seen, showing a clear break in the collarbone or shoulder joint of a patient. The pain is, presumably, unimaginable. The victim needs Personal Injury representation from Pabla & Pabla Solicitors.

Personal Injury

A hard-hat donning worker in a high-visibility jacket is seen. He is hunched over and using an angle grinder to saw through concrete.

Industrial Disease

Two cars are seen, a silver Volkswagen and a mystery red car, crumpled together following a presumably nasty crash. They await the sweet embrace of the emergency services to untangle them and free them from this vehicular disaster.

Road Traffic Accidents

The Old Town Hall on Lapwing Lane, West Didsbury, is seen from the side. The exterior facade is in buff brick and red terracotta.

The Old Town Hall - our home

Since 2014, Pabla & Pabla Solicitors have been headquartered in the Old Town Hall on Lapwing Lane. It was first constructed in 1881 during the Victorian-era industrial expansion of Manchester, to house local government offices.

The building is Grade II listed, and sticks out amongst the leafy suburbs of West Didsbury. We carefully restored the building and retained as many of the original features as possible.

The Old Town Hall is steeped in legal history. In the 144 years since it was first constructed, the building has served the public and stood as a source of support for the local community. We are honoured to carry the torch of its proud legacy.

Our report on Housing Disrepair:

We recently compiled an industry first dataset on the nationwide state of Housing Disrepair claims. This is a growing area of law, where tenants hire private solicitors to force negligent landlords to repair their properties.

We filed over 400 freedom of information requests with local councils and Housing Associations, pulling together data on 25,643 Housing Condition claims made across the UK over the last 5 years. The full dataset, and our attached expert commentary, are freely available on our website to anyone interested.
